North of Fuerteventura, the protected nature reserve of Isla de Lobos offers more than 20 dive sites. It is also one of the most popular diving areas in the Canaries. In crystal clear water, the diving spots are all more impressive than the others.
South of Fuerteventura, off the lighthouse of Jandia, is a spectacular enclave known as Veril Grande. This dive site combines both a white sand bottom, a vertical wall that starts at 20 meters and small caves. This spot is ideal to admire many species including angel sharks, stingrays, garden eels and at times, Manta rays and whale sharks.
