Access to the Despacio Spa Center facilities is free (except for massages and treatments) and exclusively for people over 16 years of age. Some services are subject to change depending on the season. For more details, check with the hotel.

Opening hours:

Facilities: 09:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. 

Treatments: 09:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Payment methods: cash or credit card at the Spa.

Cancellations:

• If you cancel 24 hours in advance, you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid for your
booking.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your treatment, 50% of the amount paid for your
booking will be refunded.
• If you do not cancel and/or do not show up on the day and time of your treatment, you will
not be refunded the amount paid for your booking. There will be a 100% penalty.
• If you have a gift voucher, the cancellation and refund policy will be the same.

For security reasons the use of the facilities is only permitted for people over 16 years of age.
